Email customer service
For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name or page link. Do not email your full payment-card number, security code or account password.
Returns and refunds
Send your request within 30 days after delivery. Our customer service team will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please contact us before posting a parcel; the registered business address below is not a return address.
There is no return processing fee. See the Return and Refund Policy for item-condition requirements, return postage and refund details.
Delivery and order changes
We serve the United States market. Allow 2–5 business days for processing and a further 7–15 business days for transit after dispatch. These are estimates. For a late delivery, an address correction or a cancellation request, email us with your order number. Read the Shipping Policy for the full process.
