This shopping guide brings together the main order information for Nordcsm, the clothing store operated by HONG KONG HONGTOU TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It is not a separate set of return or delivery exclusions.
What am I ordering?
Check the product title, description, measurements, selected size and colour, quantity, price and included pieces. A styled photograph may show accessories or other garments that are not part of the selected item. If an important product detail is missing, ask contact@nordcsm.com before ordering.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We serve the United States market. Processing is estimated at 2–5 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch: approximately 9–20 business days in total. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Read the Shipping Policy for delivery help and the full terms.
What is the shipping charge?
Standard Shipping is $9.90 for an order merchandise amount of $0.00–$89.09. Free Shipping applies to $89.10–$9,999.00. The $12.99 VIP priority shipping option is available only when offered at checkout; it does not carry a separate faster delivery promise. Amounts are in United States dollars. Check the available delivery options and total before payment.
Can I request a return or refund?
Submit a request within 30 days after delivery by emailing contact@nordcsm.com. Customer service will provide return instructions and the return address. There is no return processing fee. For personal-preference returns, the customer pays return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, we arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return postage. Full conditions are in the Return and Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us promptly with your order number and requested change. We will confirm what is possible based on the order's status; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will offer a revised date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund.
